The Photographer

My name is Mike Carrizales and I am the owner of Pixels by Mike Photography. I have been happily married since 2002 and I have been blessed with 3 beautiful children who are all under 19. I am based in Parker, CO but love being able to offer my services throughout the beautiful state of Colorado.

My interest and passion for photography started with the photography classes that I took in high school and college and the demand for my services eventually blossomed into a business in 2009. My focus in photography is to help clients capture timeless & emotion-provoking images in a professional manner. Since 2009, I have gained a large amount of experience by capturing images from over 200 weddings and over 300 portrait sessions.

I would consider my photographic style to be a blend of creativity and photojournalism. Personality-wise, I love to have fun and I am pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I have an exceptional ability to manage the hectic nature that can come during weddings & portrait sessions and it is my goal to always have fun but be efficient.
